How Does the Reseller Program Work?

After you are approved and set up as a reseller, the sales process generally works as follows:

Evaluation – We offer a free fully functional 30 to 45 day trial installation so that your clients can evaluate our software in their own environment.

Purchase – Our products can be securely ordered online, by telephone or fax (including purchase orders).
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email requesting the customer details; once this information is provided, an email registration notification will be dispatched to you or directly to the customer, depending on your preference. Once the customer receives the registration notification, the software can be immediately downloaded from Blue Pacific Software's site download area.

Support – As an authorized reseller, you are welcome to contact us with any questions or problems that may arise. Your customers may also contact us directly for technical support and they will also receive updates at no charge.

As common in reseller programs, the software cannot be purchased for in-house use, only for reselling purposes.
All of our products (except SDK-level products) are available for reselling: Rich Chart Builder Professional and Standard, Rich Chart Server, Turbine Video Encoder, Turbine Mobile and the Turbine 7 ASP/ASP.NET/PHP product ranges.
